2019 Acura TLX Review, Redesign, Spy, Photos – The Acura TLX has become a great mid-sized sedan that meets the needs of consumers looking for both luxury, comfort, and excellent riding experience. A step down from the RLX, but doesn’t sacrifice at all on the interior and exterior quality that we have come to expect from all new Acura’s. The upcoming 2019 Acura Tlx boasts much of what we’re fully expecting and many things that we didn’t see coming.
The 2019 acura TLX replaced the TSX concept some time ago, and since doing so has been representative of what many believe is a high-end flagship. With premium features comparable with the 2019 RLX, but at a fraction of the cost, it’s fully expected to appeal to more budget-minded consumers. Despite the lower price, you won’t expect it from the high-quality design elements and new, premium features.
2019 Acura TLX Specs and Features
The concept of Acura’s mid-sized luxury sedan seems to be getting bigger and better as many rumors are coming in on the new specs and features. Based on what we’re hearing, the 2019 Acura Tlx specs and features will get an upgrade to the outdated interior and will improve upon the more beautiful elements including the exceptional ride quality and advanced safety features.
One of Acura’s most significant strides is creating an extremely safe riding experience and with safety features including lane assist, rear and front crash avoidance sensors, vehicle stability assist, rearview camera, parking sensors, lane departure warning, and much more. Premium exterior features will include aggressive styling, great color options, rain sensing wipers; premium LED front and rear lighting, keyless entry, and much more.
2019 Acura TLX Engine Performance
There were rumors that Acura would be bringing the Hybrid model back to the TLX series, but no confirmation as of yet. A 2019 TLX Hybrid would go over well for consumers, especially with the push of a more economical and environmental friendly luxury sedan. The market is limited in similar specked out cars, and Acura would benefit of a newly refined Hybrid.
The engine specs of both the V6 and 4-cylinder engine will include 3.5 liters and 2.4-liter gasoline engine along with a 9 and 8-speed transmission option. Fuel economy will remain competitive up to 25MPG/city and up to 35MPG/highway.
2019 Acura TLX Price And Release Date
The starting 2019 Acura Tlx Price is expected to come in around $32,000, and you can be out the door fully loaded around $45,200. This is quite competitive with other mid-sized luxury sedans and slightly below the 2019 RDX flagship.
With both expected to be released around the same time, all eyes will be on the expected fall 2017 launch in markets globally. As we get more on the 2019 TLX specs, features, price, and release date, we’ll be sure to update this review.
